Independent real estate company International Sales Team of America, Inc., based in Sunny Isles, Fla., announced today that it is now a real estate brokerage franchise affiliate of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. The company will operate as CENTURY 21 1st Class Realty, specializing in residential real estate in the greater Miami area.

“Paul King’s leadership, and his team’s understanding of the market and ability to deliver exemplary customer service to international buyers and sellers throughout greater Miami is remarkable,” says Rick Davidson, president and chief executive officer, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “I’m thrilled to welcome him and the entire CENTURY 21 1st Class Realty office to our SMARTER. BOLDER. FASTER®. brand.”

King, broker/owner of CENTURY 21 1st Class Realty, was born in Russia and came to the United States when he was four years old. He attended Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated with honors. Upon graduation, he moved to Miami where he quickly obtained his real estate license. In 2006, King, an experienced real estate agent, opened International Sales Team of America. With the help of office manager, Carmen Jones, the business has since grown to include 46 independent affiliated agents. The agents, who are multilingual and speak many languages including Russian, Belorussian, Ukrainian, Georgian, Armenian, Polish, Spanish, and Portuguese, focus predominantly on the high-rise condo market, assisting international buyers.

“I was initially drawn to affiliate with the CENTURY 21 brand because of their global scope, but the deciding factor for me was the wide array of tools, learning and business resources that will enable us to deliver an unrivaled experience to the home buyers and sellers of Miami,” adds King.

As an experienced broker/owner in one of the fastest growing markets, King was voted one of the National Association of REALTORS®’ “Top 30 under 30” in America in 2011.

Like all firms in the CENTURY 21 Franchisor System, CENTURY 21 1st Class Realty is independently owned and operated, and will now share the market power and benefit of affiliation with the world’s largest residential real estate franchise sales organization.
