CRS Data, a leading provider of public record information for real estate, banker and financial professionals in the U.S., has extended its agreement with the Georgia Multiple Listing Service (Georgia MLS) to provide statewide coverage of its reliable property tax data. The MLS’s 26,000-plus members will now have access to CRS Data’s customized real estate property information covering 159 Georgia counties.

“We are very pleased to be extending our partnership with CRS Data in order to offer statewide property data coverage to our growing member base,” says Richard Boone, chief executive officer of Georgia MLS. “The expanded coverage and customization allows us to fully meet our members’ data needs and in turn enables them to be more productive, efficient and successful real estate agents, which is our ultimate goal.”

According to the company, the Georgia MLS provides industry leading tools, services and education to its thousands of members. Their team maintains an MLS database of nearly 56,000 active and more than 1 million off-market listings. With CRS Data, the continued partnership aims to connect its REALTOR®, real estate professionals, and appraiser members with statewide public records to provide their clients with accurate and timely parcel data.  “We could not be more excited to see our friends at Georgia MLS entrusting their extended statewide data coverage with us,” says Rob Williamson, director of sales for CRS Data. “Our goal is to continue providing the most excellent customer service and property data available today. With Georgia MLS, we were able to tailor our data offering to meet their market’s distinct needs.”

Headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., CRS Data currently provides access to comprehensive property data resources in more than 12 states, covering over 500 counties. The company most recently expanded its data service to include 67 counties in Florida. Servicing bankers, MLSs, appraisers, investors, and other specialty financial customers, CRS Data is focused on providing accurate and timely property data, quality products and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
