(TNS)—Christina Ricci, whose various roles have included this year’s TV movie “Lizzie Borden Took an Ax,” has sold her Hollywood Hills home for a hacked-down $1.37 million — 19 percent off the original asking price. She had listed it earlier this year at $1.695 million.
The gated traditional-style home was built in 1957 and updated with chic contemporary interiors. The 1,891 square feet of living space includes a living room with a fireplace and leaded-glass picture window, a den with a fireplace, a library/study and two en suite bedrooms with stone and mosaic work. Skylights and French doors bring natural light into the house.
A covered patio, a swimming pool and terraced gardens complete the quarter-acre lot.
Apparently Ricci’s chopping skills have landed her a reprise of her starring role. She’ll be in next year’s mini-series “Lizzie Borden: The Fall River Chronicles.”
Ricci, 34, played daughter Wednesday in two “Addams Family” movies as a child.
She starred in the films “Monster” (2003) and “Sleepy Hollow” (1999) and will star in “Mothers Day,” scheduled for release next year.
Ricci paid $1.505 million in 2005 for the property, which the Multiple Listing Service shows had been leased out.
