Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recently announced the promotions of Marisa Mariano to Creative Services Marketing Manager and Andrea Nichols to Operations Manager.

As Creative Services Marketing Manager, Mariano leads the company’s strategic marketing and communications initiatives including branding, creative services and social media platforms. She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty in 2013 as Corporate Marketing and Social Media Coordinator and was promoted to Corporate and Digital Marketing Specialist in 2014. Mariano has a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from the University of North Florida.
As Operations Manager, Nichols directs the company’s Call Center, oversees special events and serves as a liaison between its branch offices and corporate headquarters. She took on the role of Team Support Manager in 2013, and has managed numerous projects including the company’s rebranding transition and facility renovations. Prior to joining the firm’s corporate team, Nichols also worked for the company as a real estate associate, earning the prestigious Rookie of the Year honors in 2003. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
