The Mediterranean-style, single-story home is located in the Lake Sherwood enclave, neighboring a who’s-who in music that includes Paul Anka and Tom Petty. She’s so lucky!
Built in 2010 and purchased by Spears off-market in 2012, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home is nearly half the size of her most recent buy, but no less impressive. The home’s 8,456 square feet are spread among three wings (for Peter, Paul and Mary) sharing a two-island kitchen, game room and movie room (with Crossroads on loop), and contain two offices and a wine cellar.
