New Brochure Offers Answers to Agents on AVMs
Looking for answers or clarification for you or your clients regarding Automated Valuation Models? NAR has released a new brochure “Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) FAQs for Agents.” Available for free as a download (item E135-97) or for purchase as a customized PDF or in hard copy using NAR’s print-on-demand application at the REALTOR® Store, the brochure (item E135-97) was developed by NAR’s Real Property Valuation Committee.
