Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently announced the annual award recipients from across its franchise network. Based on stringent criteria in the categories of total closed units and gross commission income (GCI), these performance-based awards recognize the top producers within the BHGRE® network nationwide.

The highest category, Emerald Elite, is awarded to the top 2 percent of all affiliated sales associates and teams in the BHGRE® network. Platinum winners represent the top 3 percent. Gold winners represent the top 5 percent and Silver winners represent the top 15 percent. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate also recognizes companies, agents and teams throughout the network that excel in particular niches and areas of business vital to real estate through specialized nomination-based awards.
