Great Spaces: Italian Luxury Living amid the Scenic, Secluded Landscape of Sardinia

Italy Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced the exclusive sale of Is Molas Golf Resort, a private 300-acre, pristine, multi-generational resort community set on the southern coast of Sardinia, Italy. Designed by the renowned Massimiliano Fuksas and wife and interior designer Doriana Fuksas, Is Molas offers four prototypes of eco-friendly, open-concept, and uniquely designed villas spaciously scattered among the property. Each villa offers unobstructed views of the beautiful rolling hills, majestic turquoise sea, and new 18-hole world-class golf course designed by former professional golf legend Gary Player.

Located in proximity to Sardinia’s capital and namesake international airport, Cagliari, Is Molas is set to unveil their first four villas this summer, with the addition of 11 more villas slated for fall. Sales are already underway for these secluded villas. Ranging in size from 2,953 square feet to 8,858 square feet, prices range from 2.1 million to 4.6 million euros.

Each villa comes fully furnished with exclusive furniture designed in partnership with luxury Italian company Moroso, and incorporates authentic Murano glass elements from Venini, an internationally-regarded Italian glass company.

The four villas, Villa Palas, Villa Luxi, Villa Nea and Villa Arenada, honor the native Nuraghic civilization, placing a strong emphasis on respecting the land, its history and culture.

The completed project of up to 150 villas will feature a vast list of amenities and services, including a private beach club; top-notch restaurants and boutiques; a spa and fitness center; a sports area with tennis courts and areas to play soccer, basketball and beach volleyball; Sardinia’s only bike park, offering numerous bike paths for all levels; a kids club; gardening services; cleaning and housekeeping services; 24/7 security; monthly technical repair and upkeep; kitchen stocking services featuring locally grown products; personal chefs and butlers; pet care; medical assistance, and more.
