Looking to fortify your real estate future? In September, RISMedia will kick off its 2016 Real Estate CEO Exchange, an intimate gathering of some of real estate’s most influential and dynamic leaders.

Held on on Sept. 13 and 14 at the Harvard Club of New York City, RISMedia’s CEO Exchange,”Seizing the Day, Winning the Future,” will uncover strategies for focusing on the present while planning for what lay ahead, so that brokers can maximize current market opportunities and build a strong business plan for the future.

On Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 3:45 p.m., RISMedia’s CEO Exchange will take a look at the viability of new brokerage models that are punctuating the traditional real estate landscape during the following session:

The Evolution of the Real Estate Model: What’s Working and Why
From concept companies that have abandoned the traditional brokerage business model to veteran brokers who have successfully evolved their firms to meet changing market demands, get a look under the hood at some of the organizations that are taking a different approach to succeeding in real estate.

Champion is a multi-office regional brokerage based in Annapolis, Md., with mortgage, title  and insurance subsidiaries. Coile got into real estate in 1988 and became a multimillion-  dollar agent. In 1991, he became a partner in Champion Realty and held many positions in  the company, including branch manager, new homes director, IT director, general manager,  and ultimately president and CEO.

Prior to Compass, Reffkin worked at Goldman Sachs as chief of staff to the president and  COO following five years working in the firm’s private equity arm. Prior to Goldman Sachs,  he worked at Lazard and McKinsey & Company. In 2005, he was appointed as a White  House Fellow to serve as special assistant to the Secretary of the Treasury.
