Elearning! Media Group has ranked Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate tenth in the 2016 Learning! 100 for the brand’s “Grow Your Business” leadership program. Recognizing innovative, collaborative and immersive learning cultures across global organizations, this marks the second consecutive year Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has been represented on this prestigious list. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is the only real estate franchisor or brokerage company to appear in the top 100.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s “Grow Your Business” leadership program was developed as a means to educate its affiliated broker/owners by providing annual in-person workshops, online resources and areas of focus including leadership, talent attraction and learning, among other topics that are geared towards successfully operating and growing their businesses. Educational content includes leading versus managing, onboarding staff and  independent contractors, budget creation, marketing strategy and developing social media campaigns and talent retention plans.

“The “Grow Your Business” program ties in with our brand mission to help our affiliated brokers and managers hone in on one of the greatest assets we offer, which is utilizing the tools to proactively lead their company to success,” says Amy Chorew, vice president of platform development, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC.  “We continuously receive feedback that our learning programs provide unparalleled value, but it is a true honor to be recognized among such an elite group of companies spanning multiple industries in this year’sLearning! 100 top ten.”

“With over 20 years as an owner, I’ve attended many seminars and programs but none compares to “Grow Your Business,” states Greg Fox, broker/owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Alliance and participant in the “Grow Your Business” program.  “The course gives everything you could need including classroom experience, monthly recommended assignments and follow up, classmates sharing information and one on one guidance.  Overall, it’s been an in-depth road map that’s taught me how to work on my business, not just in my business.”

Celebrating its sixth year, the Learning! 100 are comprised of 60 corporate enterprises and 40 public organizations that excel at instilling modern learning programs. In 2015, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate was honored on the list for its talent attraction curriculum.
