BHGRE Metro Brokers Launches ZAP Agent Platform

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers implemented a new program last week to help their agents better assist homebuyers and sellers as they take the next step in their life.

The platform, which is called ZAP, is an online customer relationship management system that allows agents to collaborate with homebuyers in real time as they search through the thousands of digital listings to find the perfect home.

Kevin Levent, President and CEO of BHGRE Metro Brokers, says the ZAP platform will change the way Metro Brokers agents assist buyers and sellers.

“ZAP is a truly innovative platform,” Levent says. “With ZAP, our agents can actively collaborate with consumers throughout the home search across multiple platforms.”

The platform is integrated into a new real estate search tool that offers desktop, tablet and mobile access, so any information a consumer may need is readily available.

BHGRE Metro Brokers agents are already enjoying the platform and said they cannot wait to use it.

“I am excited about using ZAP as a new real estate agent,” says DeAnna Hurt of the Perimeter office. “I love using technology, so having the ability to receive leads and instantly follow up with them is an advantage for increasing business.”

According to the National Association of REALTORS, 88 percent of buyers last year used information obtained online to help them make their decision. But the search truly doesn’t start until the agent is involved.

“When buyers start their home search, it makes sense for them to start online,” COO Craig McClelland says. “But most search tools only cover the basics: Bedrooms and bathrooms, home features, etc. Buyers look to agents find out deeper information that they know through their knowledge of the community and previewing homes. With BHGRE Metro Brokers and ZAP, customers collaborate with agents throughout the search process, making it easier to find the right home before they miss out on the opportunity.”

Derek Whitner, of the West Cobb office, said ZAP will help expand his business operations.

“I am so ready to use this tool,” he says. “This is a game changer.”

BHGRE Metro Brokers has a long history of creating and embracing new technology from their website innovation in the late 90s and early 2000s to their recent integration of paperless, eSignature technology.

Consumers who use BHGRE Metro Brokers can ask their agents today about the ZAP technology and how they can use it to get the latest and most accurate information on listings in their area.
