Engel & Völkers North America recently opened its first shop in Uptown Charlotte, expanding the level of service and global network for buyers and sellers in Charlotte, the company announced.

Engel & Völkers Uptown Charlotte will serve buyers and sellers in Uptown Charlotte and the surrounding area, including Myers Park, Dilworth and Eastover. With the second largest banking district and the sixth busiest airport in the nation, a booming manufacturing and energy industry and wide range of major league sports, Uptown Charlotte is increasingly luring in both local and foreign buyers attracted to its vibrant lifestyle.

“The Uptown Charlotte real estate market has really taken off due to the boom of new construction and the area’s thriving industries,” says Yuriy Vaynshteyn, owner of Engel & Völkers Uptown Charlotte. “As the area continues to experience a growing popularity, the Engel & Völkers Uptown Charlotte shop will best meet the area’s diverse real estate needs.”

“Charlotte’s mix of cultural offerings – from its fine dining establishments and museums to its sports teams – and attainable cost of living make for a highly desirable quality of life,” said Frances Bryant, executive vice president of Engel & Völkers Uptown Charlotte. “Through our experienced team of dedicated real estate advisors and the tools and international reach of the Engel & Völkers network, Engel & Völkers Uptown Charlotte will further enhance the quality of service for buyers and sellers in the metro area.”

“Following the notable success of Engel & Völkers South Charlotte, Uptown Charlotte is a prime location to further our comprehensive network and resources to cater to an increasingly global clientele,” says Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “Yuriy and Frances’ stellar on-the-ground experience and keen awareness of the dynamic Charlotte real estate market make them the ideal team to lead the new shop.”

With the opening of shops in Aspen, Vail, Park City, Atlanta, Hilton Head, Sun Valley, Minneapolis and Charlotte, and in Canada, Victoria, Calgary, Montreal, Vancouver Island, Toronto and York, Engel & Völkers continues to strengthen its presence in the real estate market across North America. Engel & Völkers will continue to expand throughout the U.S., with planned openings in several new markets.
