Weichert Adds 12 New Offices Nationwide in Q3

Twelve new offices were added to the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. national franchise network in the third quarter of 2016, driven largely by the South and Midwest regions, the company recently announced.

“The Weichert franchise footprint continues to grow nationally at a steady pace,” says Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. “Our continued growth is anchored, in part, by the amazing marketing support and management systems we can provide new affiliates to help them capture a larger share of their local real estate market. That kind of support differentiates us from other franchise systems and is a major selling point when talking with independent agencies that express an interest in joining the Weichert franchise network.”

Third quarter growth also saw Weichert affiliated offices added in other parts of the country, including a fifteenth office in New York. The Morris Plains-headquartered franchisor also continued to expand its footprint out west, with the addition of its third affiliate office in Arizona.

WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Vaughn Group is one such agency. The St. Simons Island, Ga., real estate office joined the Weichert franchise system in August after turning to Weichert to help grow their company.
