Reading Time: 2 mins read

Engel & Völkers North America recently opened shop in Scottsdale, Ariz., marking its official launch with a grand opening celebration, the firm announced. Engel & Völkers Scottsdale, located at 4821 N. Scottsdale Road, will provide services for buyers and sellers of properties in Scottsdale and surrounding areas, including North Central Phoenix, Biltmore and Desert Mountain. The shop will be led by Sandra Wilken, owner, and Bob Nathan, managing broker.

“The official opening of the Engel & Völkers Scottsdale shop comes at a time when Scottsdale’s ideal winter climate and notable retail, cultural and athletic offerings are attracting a growing number of international clientele to the city’s real estate market,” says Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “With Sandra and Bob’s local marketplace expertise and impressive success, the shop will offer unmatched service to buyers drawn to the area.”

The shop’s grand opening celebration began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Engel & Völkers representatives and local officials, followed by a cocktail hour featuring speeches from special guests, including Jim Lane, Mayor of Scottsdale, Nikki Groff, chief marketing and business officer of Wallick & Volk, and Jacob Stepan, executive vice president of Expansion for Engel & Völkers North America, as well as Wilken and Nathan.

“The official opening of the shop comes at a time when the real estate market has demonstrated a much larger international presence in Scottsdale, especially as more clientele relocate to the area from across the globe,” Wilken says.

“With global buyers consistently drawn to both the city’s athletic scene as well as its wide array of cultural offerings, Engel & Völkers Scottsdale will provide the international reach and top-tier level of service to best serve our clients’ comprehensive real estate needs,” says Nathan. “As the current boom of new development continues to put Scottsdale on the map, we look forward to being the leading resource for residents seeking to learn more about the real estate growth of the area.”
