Jorge Ledesma, Broker-Manager of RE/MAX Quality Homes is the first REALTORĀ® in Teaneck to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, placing him among 2,000 elite real estate professionals worldwide. Ledesma is now one of 26 REALTORSĀ® in New Jersey to hold this elite designation. The CIPS was awarded to him by the National Association of REALTORSĀ® for completing rigorous coursework devoted to learning international real estate practices and demonstrating proficiency in international business.
Being dedicated to growing his firmās business and committed to offering his clients the highest level of service; Ledesma attended this specialized training class while completing a business trade mission to Costa Rica as the elected representative for the Ambassador Association to The Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORSĀ® this July.

As a CIPS designee, Ledesma can efficiently work with all international buyers, including U.S. residents looking to invest overseas, foreign buyers purchasing in the United States, as well as recent immigrants who might be unfamiliar with real estate transaction practices in the United States. In addition to the CIPS designation, Ledesma has also earned the Accredited Buyerās Representative designation earlier this year.

Ledesma has been a full-time real estate broker with RE/MAX Quality Homes since 2005 and is a member of the National Association of REALTORSĀ®, New Jersey Association of REALTORSĀ®. This is his fifth year receiving the Circle of Excellence Bronze Level award. He will serve as 2016 President to the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORSĀ®, the third largest REALTORĀ® association in the state. Ledesma will be the youngest President in the Associationās 90 year history.Ā Jorge is a Director for the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service.
His commitment to international affairs elevated him to a position on the Global Business Alliance Committee of the National Association of REALTORSĀ®. Ledesma is the also a Director with the Fairleigh Dickenson University Young Alumni Association. He completed his studies in International Business in 2007 with honors.
The CIPS course provides agents with the skills and knowledge necessary to facilitate international real estate relationships and transactions. Several topics of the course include common preferences of foreign buyers in the U.S., how different global economies work, and implementing your international plan. Ledesma will be formally recognized at the organizationās REALTORSĀ® Conference & Expo this November in San Diego.
