Marketing Automation Set to Catapult the Industry into the Future

Technology future network architecture concept image of devices.

As the real estate industry continues to gain momentum, real estate professionals are tasked with more than ever before. While agents’ to-do lists grow on a daily basis, brokerages across the board are doing everything they can to help alleviate the pressure by automating tasks that keep agents from getting out and selling real estate.

“Most real estate agents are not tech/marketing people by nature, but in today’s world, they’re forced to be that way,” says Casey Patterson, marketing director at Bellator Real Estate in Daphne, Ala.

For the locally owned company, investing in a real estate marketing-services provider took time and patience, which finally paid off in the firm’s newly established partnership with Imprev.

“We’re a locally-owned company, and while we’re growing quickly, we still have to be very mindful of how we spend our resources,” says Patterson, who explains that the firm looked into Imprev after being referred to them by another vendor as a solution for their automated marketing needs.

“We had looked at Imprev over a year ago, but at that time, they required a custom feed for automation—something we weren’t able to provide,” says Patterson.

Today, thanks to Imprev’s recent ListHub integration, Bellator Real Estate is able to take advantage of everything Imprev has to offer.

Having previously worked with another service that offered similar features, Patterson can’t say enough about Imprev’s modern look and feel. “The entire system is user-friendly, and it only takes a few clicks for agents to get what they need.”

From flyers, brochures, postcards, eCards, eNewsletters, virtual tours, single-property websites and YouTube videos, the Imprev platform provides real estate professionals with a broad range of digital and print marketing materials. Taking this one step further, with the ListHub integration, Imprev Listing Automation can automatically create and email a complete set of print and digital marketing materials for every agent’s active listings. Whenever a listing is modified, the marketing materials are automatically updated.

“Imprev has a huge marketing center with tons of custom options our agents can use,” says Patterson. “The fact that the templates are constantly updated ensures we aren’t going to be out of date.”

A big upgrade from what the firm had before, the system’s ease of use is another factor that can’t be overlooked. “We’ve been most excited about how easy it is to use,” says Patterson. In fact, five classes were offered in-house to get agents up-to-speed with the Imprev platform, and according to Patterson, at least 60 percent of the total company attended these classes.

“There’s been a lot of word-of-mouth talk about it. It’s exciting to have a tool that’s easy to use and modern in its design.”

In addition to the benefits afforded to current agents, Patterson notes that the integration of Imprev’s Marketing Automation system has been a boon when it comes to recruiting and retention.

“When it comes to recruiting, companies need something like this,” says Patterson. “And they should be providing it for their agents.”

To that end, the team at Bellator Real Estate has incorporated information about Imprev and their automation services—highlighting the fact that agents don’t have to pay for them—into their recruiting materials.

“The team at Imprev has been extremely helpful from the get-go. Not only are they willing to listen to us, but they’re also open to new ideas,” concludes Patterson. “It’s a truly cohesive team over there, and they’ve been both consistent and reliable.”
