Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England has acquired the assets of Newton Centre, Mass.-based Edna Kranz Realty, Inc., the NRT LLC company recently announced. Edna Kranz Realty sales associates will conduct business from Coldwell Banker’s existing Newton office. The firm’s broker/owner, Roz Wennett, will retire.
