Prospectsplus! Provides Private Label For Watson Realty Clients

RISMEDIA, Feb. 2, 2007-In an effort to keep its customers on the leading edge, ProspectsPLUS! has released a private-label Web portal for its Watson Realty Corporation clients.

The new portal links through Watson's company intranet and allows access to existing designs as well as new templates for postcard fulfillment. Agents can download their own designs, tap into a specially designed model of MLSmailings.com (ProspectsPLUS!'s automated Just Listed/Just Sold postcard service) and enjoy increased options for enhancing their personal marketing.

Watson and other management team members are encouraging their agents' use of the new service. Regional Director Ken Bennett said, "MLSmailings.com helped our company achieve record sales in excess of $2 billion in 2005. It is by far the most cost-effective service we provide our agents, at less than 40% of the cost of our in-house bulk-rate mailings. The 48-hour turnaround from listing to mailing enables our agents to quickly promote their listings and generate buyers. I believe our 278% increase in listings in 2006 can be attributed, in part, to this service."

"This is a good retention tool, having both reinforced and grown our market share," Bennett added. "The consistently high level of service provided by ProspectsPLUS! and the quality of their products ensures our continued relationship."
