MLX Wireless Takes Florida by Storm: Available to Over 85,000 Real Estate Professionals

RISMEDIA, April 25, 2007-Most Home Real Estate Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Most Home Corp., recently announced the launch of its wireless MLS service-MLX Wireless-to the more than 32,000 real estate professionals of Mid-Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS).

Launched in late February, MLX Wireless provides instant wireless access to listing information, hot sheet reports, agent and office roster data, as well as the ability to e-mail listing reports instantly from anywhere cell service is available.

"MFRMLS is very excited to introduce a new, customer-focused wireless MLS system with the power to significantly enhance the home buying and selling experience our members deliver to consumers," says Tom Scaglione, president, MFRMLS. "With this important tool in their hands, our members will be able to more effectively connect clients with information on the properties they are passionate about."

"We firmly believe that delivering relevant listing information to prospects more quickly will raise our members' level of professionalism, strengthen customer loyalty and ultimately create a more valuable marketplace for consumers, members and MFRMLS," he adds.

The strategic decision by MLSs and associations like MFRMLS to make MLX Wireless available site-wide to members has been significantly bolstered by the high number of vacation and investment properties in Florida. Prospects searching for second homes are sophisticated consumers with expectations of timely responses from real estate professionals. Responding with accurate, content-rich information becomes even more important as interaction with out-of-state prospects relies heavily on phone and e-mail communications. MLX Wireless puts the control back into the real estate professional's hand.

With this most recent launch, MLX Wireless is now available to over 85,000 real estate professionals in Florida through Regional MLS, Inc., Realtor Association of Martin County, Southeast Florida MLS and now, Mid-Florida Regional MLS. MLX Wireless and TEMPO Wireless are privately branded wireless MLS services made available exclusively to MLS customers of MarketLinx, Inc.
