Kit Fitzgerald is a full-time REALTOR® and designated broker/owner of Equity Northwest Real Estate, where she also oversees the Kit Fitzgerald Team. With the ability to quickly and creatively adjust through the COVID-19 environment, she has implemented technology, resources, policies and procedures to ensure the agents at her brokerage feel safe, informed and well trained in today’s real estate market. This includes reconfiguring their educational platform to ensure the success of her agents with countless virtual classes and meetings, helping agents sell more real estate than ever amid difficult times.
