In 2020, Lee and her team launched Megaphone by RE/MAX, a seamless digital advertising tool; announced a listing feature that allows agents to create custom, professional commercials for each listing; expanded the exclusive Photofy offering; and pivoted to create new “Rise Above” ads that reflected hope and solidarity.
“Consumers want to hear from brands, especially in times of uncertainty,” Lee says. “Marketing is a two-way street, and it was important for us to strengthen that emotional connection with our clients in unusual times.”
