Nancy Almodovar founded Nan and Company Properties from her kitchen table in 2014 and serves as president and CEO. Almodovar and her team have filled a gap in the Houston marketplace by providing leasing, sales and buying services for premier luxury real estate.

The company has succeeded because of a dedication to customer service and client satisfaction. Nan and Company Properties was awarded Christie’s International Real Estate Affiliate of the Year for 2019-2020. The Greater Houston Builders Association named her Nan New Home Specialist Team “Houston’s Best REALTOR® Team” in 2020.

Almodovar graduated from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business and was part of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program. She has received numerous local and national awards.

Almodovar supports several local charitable organizations. She founded the Janet Mireles Foundation, which awards real estate school scholarships to those pursuing a career in the industry.
