Jessica Loy, a broker associate for Premiere Plus Realty, provides resources and one-on-one support to develop newly licensed agents through MentorEDGE, an exclusive real estate training program. She believes that creating clear communication and providing access to the best tools and resources in the industry are essential to set agents up for success.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, helping mentees stay motivated and continue moving forward became top priorities. Mentors used video communications to provide training and support remotely. In six months, mentees in the program closed 137 deals in Southwest Florida.
