ITema Named a Preferred Website Provider for REBNY and ResidentialNYC.com

RISMEDIA, March 3, 2008-ITema, Inc., a provider of dynamic websites and associated online productivity tools for the do-it-yourself business owner, and ResidentialNYC.com, the public listings portal recently launched by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), have entered into a preferred supplier agreement.Under the terms of the agreement, the company says ITema will offer REBNY members its leading-edge real estate solution, RealtyMagic. The solution will be jointly marketed by ITema and REBNY.

ITema’s RealtyMagic offering was specifically designed to deliver the benefits of professional-looking, highly-functional Websites along with easy-to-use e-mail, domain name registration, site hosting and prospect-tracking solutions to those realty organizations lacking internal IT resources, The solution will allow REBNY members to launch and administer their own Website, while providing the benefits of anytime, anywhere lead tracking, centralized, commercial-grade e-mail and secure domain hosting.

“We are pleased to provide REBNY, a widely-recognized, innovative leader throughout the New York metropolitan area, with a solution that will easily and economically allow their membership to enhance the overall value and performance of their realty operations,” said Tim Houchin, vice president of Business Development at ITema, Inc.

“We provide the tools traditionally reserved for large firms with a multitude of IT resources which will result in REBNY’s membership delivering more efficient customer care, reduced operating and administration costs and more easily facilitated listing management.”

According to the company, ITema’s RealtyMagic solution will be offered to all REBNY members at special “association” pricing which includes waiving of all applicable set-up fees and a 10% discount on the monthly fee. In addition, the Company will offer REBNY members that are not brokers, such as attorneys, accountants, financial service companies, insurance agents, architects, contractors, etc., special pricing on its small business solution that features all the Website, e-mail, lead tracking, and hosting services found in RealtyMagic, but with Website templates and management tools specifically designed for non-realty business owners. All ITema solutions are designed so that deployment and configuration are accomplished in minutes. Members will be provided with a code to receive the discounts.
