The approximately 80 sales associates in the Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, and Westport offices of Preferred Properties Inc. will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. The Darien office, located at 893 Post Road, is a new office location for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
