Delta Media Group and realPING Partner in Real Estate Technology

RISMEDIA, May 14, 2008-realPING Click To Talk NOW and Delta Media Group are teaming up to help engaged consumers quickly connect with real estate agents, and agents to instantly respond to consumer inquiries.realPING, a Virginia-based technology company, recently reached an agreement with Delta Media Group, a Web solutions provider to the Real Estate industry, giving Delta Media Group customers the instant ability to deploy realPING technology on their websites.

Statistics from the National Association of Realtors indicate that 78% of the time consumers will work with the first agent that responds to their inquiry. The partnership, says the company, provides Delta Media Group customers with one of the fastest tools on the market to respond to consumer inquiries.

“With today’s industry dynamics, professionals need to offer multiple ways to connect with consumers on their terms and timeframe,” said Albert Clark, principal partner of realPING. “Today’s consumers are spoiled by the Internet and expect instant service. When it comes to real estate, engaged callers do not want ASAP, they want now.”

realPING delivers a VoIP-enabled “Click-to-Talk” service that helps professionals instantly respond to consumer inquiries. The service bridges a phone call between the consumer and professional. Once connected, professionals can enter codes on their phone to deliver to the caller’s desktop any pages, listings, virtual tours, or online content. According to the company, realPING is also a differentiator for listing presentations.

“The technology is a great benefit to all the parties involved–the consumer, the agent and the industry as a whole,” Delta Media Group president Mike Minard said. “It rapidly connects hot prospects with an agent directly from the website, and it does so while the prospect is still on the site viewing a listing or virtual tour.

“We have been watching realPING since inception and now some of our brokerage clients are clamoring for this unique conversion tool, because of the added value it brings in converting customers from their websites.”
