Mike Clear, with his more than 30 years in the industry, works to push the industry toward the future by influencing and growing the minds of industry professionals.

In his role coaching company employees, franchise owners and real estate professionals, he has mentored many young leaders inside and outside of Realty ONE Group. In this, he was a key piece in the Realty ONE Group being named the No. 1 Real Estate Franchisor on Entrepreneur’s 2022 Franchise 500(R) List.
