TReXGlobal.com Launches Webinars to Help Real Estate Agents Grow Their Business

RISMEDIA, January 29, 2009-TReXGlobal.com, a leading provider of investor marketing tools for real estate professionals, will make its first presentation from a series of webinars on January 30 at 11AM PST. According to the company, the 30 minute program will focus on why real estate investors are important to real estate agents, how to be successful with real estate investors, and what TReXGlobal.com can do to help real estate professionals.

Current housing markets are an investors’ playground, and investors are purchasing more foreclosures now than ever before, says the company. As a result, agents who are not marketing to investors are missing out on a great business opportunity. Pankaj Shukla, seasoned real estate investor and CEO of TReXGlobal.com, will share his insights with real estate agents to help them better understand how to serve the needs of investors.

The Webinar includes the following:

– “Why are Investors Important” – This segment illustrates the size and buyer behavior of the real estate investor market based on recent studies and NAR data
– “Success with Real Estate Investors” – This segment discusses investors’ pain points, and considers ways to solve them
– “TReXGlobal’s Partner Program” – Demonstration of how the Partner Program helps agents connect with real estate investors

With the T-ReX Partner Program, agents can generate more business by converting Web visitors into investor clients using free co-branded Web tools. These free Web tools save thousands of dollars for the agent’s investor clients. Agents also have access to an online Marketing Toolkit that contains step by step guides to assist real estate professionals with marketing and communication efforts. This helps real estate professionals cultivate relationships with investors and generate long-term recurring business.
