RISMEDIA, March 20, 2009-While the month of March celebrates the start of Spring and college basketball’s March Madness tournament, the gated lakeside community of Copper Oaks in Estero, Florida is celebrating its own March Madness by offering luxurious “ready-to-move-in” townvillas.

Located just north of Naples and only minutes from the Gulf Coast’s beautiful white sand beaches, Copper Oaks townvillas feature a host of leisure-time amenities including a multi-purpose clubhouse, fitness center, two pools with brick paver sundecks, cabana baths, tot lot, playground, 2-acre park, and a basketball court.

Four 2-story townvilla plans are available and range from the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Aster with 1,525 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living area (1,864 sq. ft. under roof), to the 4-bedroom, 3-bath Calla Lily that has 1,997 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living space (2,310 sq. ft. under roof).

The Mediterranean-style townvillas feature distinctive architectural elements such as bay-windowed towers, graceful archways, decorative shutters, rich color tones, concrete barrel tile roofs, and come with brick paver driveways, covered rear lanais, and attached 1-car garages with private entries to residences.

Plans offer great rooms, family rooms, formal living and dining rooms, master suites with coffered ceilings and walk-in closets, and master baths with dual-sink vanities, Roman-style tubs, and glass-enclosed showers with ceramic tile surrounds.

fl-3-20Gourmet-style kitchens include breakfast bars or adjoining morning rooms, solid-surface countertops including granite, European-style wood cabinetry, and a full appliance package with refrigerator, microwave, ceramic-top range, and dishwasher.

Many of the floor plans offer “flex-space” rooms that can be converted into a nursery, media room, or even a junior master suite with a sitting area.
