Melissa King

Promoted to OneKey® MLS’ chief operating officer at the tail end of 2022, Melissa King wasted no time making her first year in the role an eventful one. As part of the MLS C-Suite, she spearheaded numerous product launches and upgrades for OneKey® MLS subscribers in 2023: MLS Touch, OneHome, InfoSparks and Fast Stats in addition to partnerships with software companies CubiCasa (to provide the best digital floor plans possible for OneKey® MLS subscribers) and RentSpree.

“I love a project, and I hate standing still, so contributing to the efficiency of the MLS and organized real estate is the most rewarding,” says King. “Through working on MLS consolidations, which result in cost-savings, better access to more comprehensive data, elevated levels of service, etc., and volunteering with organizations like RESO who help to streamline the access and movement of real estate data, (we are) lowering the barriers to entry for innovation, and ultimately lowering costs of services through adding competition.”
