In 2023, Joe Skousen, CEO of Inside Real Estate, led the company through the acquisition of BoomTown, an industry-leading cloud-based sales and marketing automation platform.

Inside Real Estate released several new tools aimed at improving the experiences of real estate professionals and consumers last year. These included boomtownPRO (btPRO), a complete solution for top-performing teams, and the CORE Listing Machine & Design Center, the first fully automated listing marketing suite. Inside Real Estate also added new, innovative features to CORE Home to better serve the needs of homeowners.
