Marriah Unruh

Marriah Unruh is dedicated to transforming lives, careers and communities through real estate, and throughout 2024, she fostered growth and development across KW Capital Properties (KCWP). Her passion and leadership brought in more than 220 agents and guided 16 team members through growth plans to join or advance their careers.

In addition to the dedication to her company and agents, she plays a pivotal role in KCWP’s charity and fundraising efforts, raising over $20,000 for various organizations. She dedicated over 1,000 volunteer hours in KWCP’s 2024 day of service, making a tangible impact on the lives of children and families in need. Unruh also serves on the board of the CPMG Foundation, focused on addressing economic needs in urban communities.

Unruh’s leadership extends beyond her role at KWCP, as she actively contributes to regional associations and committees, always advocating for positive change and community support. She also created a central onboarding division, reinvented the agent onboarding and integration process and built the company’s leadership resource drive.
