Chris Carrillo

Since 2011, Chris Carrillo has kept Metro MLS at the forefront of innovation in the real estate industry, serving more than 10,000 members and six REALTOR® associations. In early 2024, he led the successful rollout of Aligned Showings, an MLS-owned cutting-edge showing service developed in collaboration with five other MLSs across the country. This service quickly achieved an impressive 90% adoption rate, underscoring its value to real estate professionals.

Throughout 2024, Carrillo also spearheaded efforts to foster interoperability between showing service competitors, enhancing efficiency for real estate professionals and their clients. Beyond his role at Metro MLS, Carrillo is also the CEO of Markt, a collaborative MLS service group.

His contributions to the industry were recognized in 2024 with the prestigious MLS Reinvented Award. He is also an active member of NAR’s MLS Policy Committee, a participant in the COVE group, a director of the Wisconsin REALTOR® Association and a Wisconsin’s Gubernatorial appointee to the Wisconsin Land Information Council.
