Drew Coleman is a driving force in the real estate industry, with a deep commitment to advocacy, community involvement and leadership at the national level. In 2024, Coleman served as the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Trustees Fundraising vice-chair, and will step into the role of RPAC Trustees Fundraising chair in 2025. He is also a candidate for the 2025 Region 12 Regional Vice President at the National Association of REALTORS®.

In addition, Coleman has been an active Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) for Congresswoman Lori Chavez-DeRemer since 2021, playing a crucial role in representing the interests of real estate professionals at the federal level.

Committed to mentoring rising talent, Coleman actively participates in community service. He has been involved in civic and charitable initiatives, contributing to local organizations like JOIN, Northwest Housing Alternatives and West Hills Christian School.
