Lora Cusumano is a dedicated real estate professional with over two decades of experience advocating for buyer representation. She holds a lifelong commitment to championing a cause greater than herself: the unwavering representation of homebuyers in the real estate industry.

In 2024, Cusumano played a pivotal role in guiding National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) members through the implications of the NAR settlement, ensuring that buyer representation remains strong, and advocating for transparency in real estate transactions. She also spearheaded educational initiatives to inform and prepare other real estate professionals and consumers post-NAR settlement.

In addition, Cusumano introduced and implemented NAEBA’s Provisional Membership, a two-year pilot program designed to transition traditional agents into exclusive buyer agents.
