Kevin Brown

Kevin Brown, a second-generation REALTOR®, is the 2025 president-elect of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the broker/owner of Better Homes Realty and Brown Commercial Investment Real Estate Services. He has been a volunteer leader for NAR for nearly three decades, serving on the board of directors, as chair of the Conventional Finance and Policy Committee, as a NAR committee liaison, regional vice president, REALTOR® Party director and first vice president, which he served in 2024.

“The key goals for my involvement with NAR have been to improve ethics and professionalism in the industry,” says Brown. “I will continue to lobby governments and regulators to provide affordable housing and financing, and to increase inventory.”

As NAR’s 2024 first vice president, Brown traveled the country to speak with REALTORS®, understanding their concerns and offering guidance and leadership amid transformational change. As 2025 president-elect, he looks forward to continuing this work, leveraging his considerable experience on behalf of NAR’s members and the industry.
