With a career spanning over 45 years, John Finn has become a cornerstone of Virginia’s real estate market. Known for his outstanding expertise, leadership, mentorship and commitment to service, Finn has not only achieved professional excellence, but has also significantly contributed to the growth and inclusivity of the real estate community.

Finn’s dedication to advancing the profession is evident in his leadership roles at United Real Estate Richmond and across multiple organizations, as well as the many awards and honors he has received throughout his career. For his work in leading his brokerage—which has become the largest Black-owned real estate firm in Virginia—to success throughout 2024, Finn was inducted into the Virginia REALTORS® Hall of Fame.

Beyond his brokerage success, Finn has served as a trusted consultant and lecturer, advising on real estate investments and development. His expertise has been profiled in publications like RISMedia, Forbes, Metro Real Estate, Style and Richmond Magazines.
