Cory Vasquez

Cory Vasquez, after spending many years as chief marketing officer of the Realty ONE Group, found 2024 calling on her to take an even greater leadership role at the company. In March of that year, Vasquez was promoted to co-president, partnering with the outgoing president Vinnie Tracey to prepare Realty ONE–and herself–for his departure. (She also retains her original role as chief marketing officer.)

A panelist at RISMedia’s 2024 CEO & Leadership Exchange, Vasquez had a chance to discuss the leadership philosophy at Realty ONE and the “authentically real” company culture: “We don’t call them agents. Your job is so much more than being an agent, and you hate that word. Our real estate professionals play a crucial role in their communities and should be recognized for their broader impact.”

At a time when the industry is experiencing seismic changes, Vasquez is stepping into an even more influential role. “Fear is an impressive thing. It will rattle you and you’ll hold onto that day after day,” she said at the CEO & Leadership Exchange. “By providing strong, reassuring leadership, we can help our brokers feel secure and empowered to navigate industry changes.”
