RISMEDIA, May 14, 2010—Century 21 Real Estate LLC, announced Andy Johnson of CENTURY 21 Wm. R Smith Realty in Windsor, Conn. and Linda White of CENTURY 21 Bill Nye Realty, Inc. in Zephyrhills, Fla., have been selected as 2010 members of the Century 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame.
According to the company, The Century 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame is inclusive of real estate professionals who go above and beyond in their contributions to their communities. It is presented to members of the CENTURY 21® System and the real estate industry at large.
Andy Johnson has been a member of the CENTURY 21® System since 1993. He is deeply committed to his local community and is an active member of the Windsor Club, Civitan, Windsor Chamber of Commerce and Windsor Historical Society. He also served as the town treasurer for Windsor’s 350th and 375th anniversaries.
From assisting strapped families with their mortgage payments to ensuring local residents can put food on their table, Andy consistently looks for ways to improve the lives of those around him.
His 2010 counterpart, Linda White has been a member of the CENTURY 21® System for 20 years.
She received the Century 21 CENTURION® award in 1997 and has maintained it every year since. In fact, in 2003 she achieved the DOUBLE CENTURION title. She served as treasurer of her local association of realtors numerous times, served on the board of directors and was named Realtor Associate of the Year in 1994.
Linda has contributed to the establishment of three important charities in her area, including a Women’s Care Center where in addition to serving on their Board of Directors, she was instrumental in securing their facility. At the Center, Linda teaches classes on parenting, home economics and job skills training to residents of the center.
Linda can typically be found volunteering for company fundraising efforts and community events, such as working the concession stand at local football games and building floats for local parades.
