RES.NET Releases iPhone App for AMP Platform

RISMEDIA, February 14, 2011—RES.NET, an infrastructure of diverse real estate professionals, buyers and sellers, has released the ultimate companion for their popular real estate transaction software. The new AMP app for iPhone and iPad, available in the iPhone App Store, now allows professional members of AMP, the real estate agent portal on RES.NET, to take the system with them wherever they go. The free app includes all of the data and major functions of AMP, allowing users to complete tasks outside the office, or on-the-go. Agents will have access to their full dashboard, which includes property search, adding new properties, new assignments and contracts, listing expirations, inventory stats and much more. Additionally, users are able to take photos and videos from their phone and upload them immediately for instant property inspections and marketing, providing sellers and buyers with in depth details.

RES.NET believes that the app is changing the way REALTORS® conduct their business, as they now have the ability to check-in, and update properties on-the-go, rather than having to wait until they get back to the office, or get to an area that has WiFi. Further increasing speed of updates for agents is the ability to complete critical and time sensitive tasks online and on site, to ensure the highest quality results.

“We’re always looking for new ways to help the members of our RES.NET community, and as such, wanted to come up with a more efficient way for agents to be able to access their properties while on the road,” said Todd Mobraten, COO of RES.NET. “By providing AMP professional members with AMP mobile, we have empowered them to enhance their experience with buyers and sellers with real time updates.”

The app is currently available for the iPhone and iPad, and RES.NET is already working on versions for BlackBerry and Droid phones. These new versions should be available early 2011.
