In the progressive real estate climate that we are currently in, staying on top of news and industry trends is crucial in order to secure new business and maintain success. With Lowe’s Program for REALTORS®, REALTORS® are empowered with the latest in real estate news, while also armed with a suite of tools to aid in organization and communication with clients.

From customized direct mail and email, including discount coupons to savings on Lowe’s gift cards and more, Lowe’s, in partnership with the National Association of REALTORS®, works to assist REALTORS® with time-consuming, everyday tasks to make agents’ jobs easier and more manageable.

“I have been using the Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® since 2007 and I continue to be impressed at how the site and program have grown. It is a tremendous resource and a great benefit for me and my clients,” says Mark Harrington from RE/MAX 1st Choice, Cranston, R.I.

To top it all off, Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® also offers enewsletters to keep REALTORS® and their clients current on all real estate information, industry news, trends, business development and more. The Lowe’s Daily Real Estate News does just that. Delivered six days a week, this business-to-business publication is a tried-and-true resource for REALTORS® wishing to stay current and apply modern practices to their current activities. Lowe’s also offers Inside Out, a business-to-consumer enewsletter chock-full of helpful content for homeowners, including tips and occasional offers sent on the member’s behalf to their client base.

With this fresh content at their fingertips, REALTORS® choosing to participate in the Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® have that much more of an edge over their competition. Plus, the Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® is free for all NAR members.

“My clients really appreciate receiving the Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® discount coupons and quarterly publications,” says Mollie Crispell from Keller Williams Realty DTC, Englewood, Colo. “There’s always something a new homeowner needs after they move in and Lowe’s has it all. It’s a great way to stay in touch with my clients and provide them with ongoing value.”

By registering clients to receive the enewsletters sent via the Lowe’s Program for REALTORS®, REALTORS® can leverage power from the free content, placing desirable information in front of their buyers and sellers, which in turn, keeps the REALTOR®’s name alive and kicking in the minds of consumers.

“What a terrific way to not only stay in touch with my clients, but also to continue to offer them great ways to save,” says Diana Brown from Prudential Fox and Roach, Realtors® in Pennsylvania.

The Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® is an invaluable tool for busy real estate professionals, providing them with the luxury of keeping clients educated, while continually placing their name in front of past and present clients.

“I have received countless calls and emails thanking me for the cards and the emails,” says Brown. “I love having an association with such a strong leader in the home improvement industry.”

The Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® is free for NAR members and offers personal marketing tools from Lowe’s through its partnership in NAR’s REALTOR Benefits® Program.
