Winning the Data Advantage: A Q&A with Ben Graboske, Senior Vice President of CoreLogic

Paige Tepping: CoreLogic is a leading property information, analytics and services provider. Can you tell us the segment of the company you manage?

Ben Graboske: I manage CoreLogic’s real estate data and software businesses serving brokerages and MLSs. Specifically, I oversee our “broker-in-a-box” enterprise software solution, AgentAchieve®, our data platform, Realist®, and our MLS systems, including Matrix™, Fusion™, and InnoVia®.

PT: Broker differentiation is a key strategy today. How does CoreLogic view this?

BG: You bring up a challenging issue facing our industry. Real estate agents need tools to provide services to their clients. These tools are provided in part by the MLS and in part by brokerage solutions like AgentAchieve. When the MLS provides these tools, there’s always consideration for “leveling the playing field.” When provided by brokers, it’s called “differentiation.”

We work hard to supply solutions that target the needs of both these audiences. With our MLS solutions, about half of America’s real estate agents have the best tools in the industry. With our Matrix, Fusion, and InnoVia platforms, we believe we offer the most robust MLS solutions in the marketplace. On top of that, we offer even more advanced utilities through AgentAchieve, allowing end-to-end customer relationship management and business process customization. With AgentAchieve, we deliver custom brokerage websites, data-enhanced property search that seamlessly spans multiple markets, lead distribution, lead management, content management, drip marketing, enterprise calendaring, sales process automation, transaction management, digital signatures, forms support, and I could go on. We believe that AgentAchieve is the most advanced broker CRM solution available to agents in the marketplace today. Our customer list supports this belief.

Today, many of the top brokerage brands that understand broker differentiation are building their IT infrastructure and agent tool offerings on AgentAchieve – Intero, Realty Executives, Hunt, Prudential Fox and Roach, NRT, and many others. We have over 40,000 agents on the platform and growing.
