By now, you’re probably on Facebook, Linkedin, and maybe even twitter. But being on social media doesn’t necessarily mean you’re maximizing your communication. Read on for an interview with Judy Copple of the The Judy Copple Team, Keller Williams, to learn how she maximizes her online presence and keeps buyers informed.

How do you maximize your online presence?
We have three different websites run by our webmaster. I also have an assistant who makes sure our online presence remains excellent because our websites are very important to building and maintaining our business.

How do you stay motivated?
Motivation has never been a problem for me. I do all of the basic things, such as exercise every day, and I am very competitive. But perhaps the key to my motivation is that, personally, I feel that real estate is a calling. This is what I was meant to do—help people.

How do you keep buyers and sellers realistically informed and positive?
I communicate with them on a weekly basis, if not more. I let them know how the market is changing, what is going on specifically in their neighborhood and within the finance world, in general. I also talk from a spiritual viewpoint. I do the best I can with what I know and have and let God do the rest.
