Chicago-based Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® has expanded its international service delivery team with the addition of Mrs. Çi?dem Erc?ment. Erc?ment will serve as the manager of International Member Services to the growing global network of independent real estate firms, the company has announced.
She will be responsible for servicing the international membership, helping implement new members, assisting members with cross-border referral business and coordinating special international public relations and marketing initiatives.
Erc?ment, a Turkish native, brings almost 10 years of experience in the service and hospitality industry, with an extensive background in staff training, customer service, and project management. She has been living and studying in the UK and has an in depth intercultural understanding of both western and Middle Eastern cultures. She graduated from Sakarya University/Turkey with a diploma in Tourism and Hospitality.
