The award was presented during the National Relocation Conference in Orlando for Koops’ article on “Shaping the Next Generation of Leaders,” published in the February 2013 edition of Mobility.
The article addresses succession planning for the mobility industry, with insights on successfully recruiting, retaining and developing talented young professionals who will lead the industry in the future. Noting a widespread generational talent crisis that extends across most industries, Koops explores the importance of cultivating young professionals and offers strategies for creating an effective talent management program.
