It’s a busy day. Your calendar is packed and has you running from one scheduled task to another. And in the midst of all this, you get an unexpected call from a buyer client.  She just drove past a property and has questions for you. In fact, she is sitting in her car outside the property, dreaming of what ‘could be.’

You have a couple options, but only one really good one. You know she is excited, so asking her to wait until you return to the office is not an option. So using RPR mobile™, the new app exclusively for REALTORS®, you are able to search the property by address on your phone.

That gives you quick access to information about the property, including the list price, previous sales data, photos and physical characteristics. You’re also able to review tax, mortgage, and distressed information. All of this data gives you what’s needed to quickly respond to your client.

You quickly generate a mini property report and send it to your client’s email. She is able to receive it on her phone and get immediate gratification. Then without skipping a beat, you press the “Call Agent” button to confirm any showing details with the listing agent.  You meet your client at the property for a showing and end up writing an offer later that afternoon, all thanks to RPR mobile™ and your smartphone.
