Impress Clients while on Tour with RPR Mobile™

It’s that time again. Time for your weekly property tour with your office.  You’ve heard there are some great properties that just hit the market and you’re on the lookout for something that would work for your buyers. You’ve printed the tour sheet and you’re on your way.  Today you’ll be seeing some new listings from your office, as well as a preview of a few properties that will be hitting the market shortly.

As you approach the first property, you realize this ‘Coming Soon’ house would be a great fit for the young couple looking for their first home.  Upon going inside, experience tells you this house will go quickly.  Time is of the essence.  You don’t want to wait until you get back to the office to create a report for your clients.  So you open RPR mobile™ and from the homepage, using your current location, you select the property.

Then, using your phone’s camera, you take a photo of the outside, the remodeled kitchen and the master bedroom to give your clients the perfect “preview” of the home.  By clicking on the “Add a Report” button, you can instantly send a Property Report to your clients that include not only your branding, but the photos you’ve just taken!  Imagine their excitement when you send them a report, complete with photos, of a property that hasn’t even hit the market!  And you’ve done all that before getting back to the office.
