GARDNER REALTORS was recently honored as the only real estate company voted as a Top Workplace for 2015 by The Times-Picayune. Winners were announced at an awards breakfast at the Sheraton New Orleans on May 15, 2015. The winners were also revealed to the Metro New Orleans area in the Top Workplaces special section published by The Times-Picayune on Sunday, May 17, 2015.

This is the first time NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune has joined up with Workplace Dynamics, an independent research firm, to recognize the best places to work in the Metro New Orleans area. Winning employers are chosen through employee surveys on a variety of workplace topics. Survey results are calculated and verified by an independent organization.

“By attracting the right people to our real estate family, we have solidified our position as the top local (non-franchised) full-service real estate company. We are proud to be a four-generation local family business that continues to reinvest in our people and the communities we serve #GARDNERLOVE,” says Vice President of Operations & Special Initiatives, Glenn “Chip” Gardner.

“Mrs. Gertrude Gardner, our founder, would be so proud of our amazing team for carrying on her legacy of doing business the right way – abiding by The Golden Rule. We are honored to have been recognized as a Top Workplace and are so thankful for our communities who have believed in us since 1943,” says Crystal Gardner-Phillips, Director of Marketing & Public Relations.
