Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, he has grown his company, adding over 300 agents and six new locations in 2020. In addition to leading this continual growth, he has created a brand and culture that inspires agents to be who they are.

Gamble also currently serves as the principal broker for his office in Lebanon, Pa., and has helped it become the No. 1 office in the county in agent count, sales volume and units sold. Gamble has been recognized by the Lebanon County Association of REALTORS® as one of the top 5 percent among his peers.
