AJ Canaria

After launching the eponymous marketing firm AJ Canaria Creative Services in 2023, AJ Canaria spent 2024 growing the company’s reach. He worked alongside both national brands such as eXp, Compass, LeadingRE, Engel & Völkers and companies in his native Colorado such as Corcoran Perry & Co, West + Main and Slifer Smith & Frampton.

Calling the experience as “taking a chance to fulfill my dream,” Canaria has described his photography style as a “relationship based approach to visual storytelling” that helps to “humanize brands, connect people and to accelerate trust.” These values are one reason why, despite plentiful clients in other spaces and industries from tech to health, he remains a prolific photographer of the real estate industry: “I truly love the people in the real estate industry. It’s an industry that really embraced me and it’s been a true joy to witness and capture the stories that make the industry the best in the world!”
